Irene Ibanda is a registered mental health nurse at Cygnet Acer Clinic, a 28 bed service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs or acute mental health needs.

She has been shortlisted in this year’s Student Nursing Times Awards as a finalist for the Mary Seacole Award for Outstanding Contribution to Diversity and Inclusion.
