James Rycroft is managing director at Vida Healthcare.
In 2010, along with father Chris, James Rycroft created Vida Healthcare with a view to developing a pioneering care home for people living with dementia, after recognising that the care sector wasn’t meeting the increasing demand for specialist dementia facilities.
James is responsible for overseeing the design and development of Vida Healthcare’s homes. He feels privileged to be able to influence the delivery of dementia care in the UK. Working closely with Bernadette and the healthcare team, James facilitates the delivery of outstanding care for all residents as well as planning future projects and developments for Vida Healthcare.
Dementia care specialists, Vida Healthcare, have been in the process of rolling out the latest batch of Covid-19 and flu vaccines to everyone living and working in their three care homes to protect them as they head into the winter months. This care for staff and residents is at the heart of their ethos.
