Fiona Oxley joined Cygnet Health Care in 2007 as a support worker at Eleni House, a residential home for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs in Colchester, Essex.
She worked her way up to Senior Support worker then Deputy Manager and she became a Registered Manager at Eleni House in 2019.
Fiona is very committed and passionate about working with individuals with learning disabilities.
